JULIAN TAYLOR: With a guitar in hand, Julian writes beautiful alternative folk rock songs that warm the heart and soothe the soul. His songs embrace life and the abundant beauty that surrounds us all.
CULTURE SHOCK: is Canada's first professional hip hop dance troupe. The group is motivated by its powerful mission to expand hip hop opportunities for everyone, regardless of age, race, gender or orientation.
YAKUDO JAPANESE DRUMMERS: performs with one of the largest collections of authentic Taiko, outside of Japan. This group mesmerizes audiences with its inspired stage performance and style with a visual and musical journey that thrills the senses.
NICKY PHILLIPS: Nicky is an accomplished musician as both a singer and pianist with over 15 years of experience in her field. Nicky and her collaborator were the first Canadians to be asked to participate in the Johnny Mercer Songwriter's Project in Chicago led by Tony Nominee Craig Carnelia and Tony Winner Lin-Manuel Miranda.
ESMERALDA ENRIQUE SPANISH DANCE COMPANY: Fusing contemporary music, non-traditional instrumentation and modern dance forms with the essentials of true flamenco, their work is exciting and unconventional!
JORY NASH: An independent singer-songwriter, Jory's music blends elements of folk, jazz, pop, country, soul and blues. At RIZE you can enjoy songs from his new album, New Blue Day.
