Early Bird March Break Camp fee
(Before Dec. 31st, 2011): $325

March Break Camp fee
(From January 1st, 2012): $375

Before Camp Care fee: $15  

After Camp Care fee: $35

Bus Transportation Fee: $35

Once the child's camp application has been submitted, payment must be received by Horizon Arts Camp to secure your spot in our March Break Camp.

Payment options include cash, cheque, money order and credit card through paypal (an additional processing fee of $2.50 will apply).

Subsidies

Horizon Arts Camp's goal is to ensure that financial constraints do not become a barrier for a family to send their child to camp. If the camp fees prohibit you from applying to send your child(ren) to camp, please contact the camp office at 416-558-0922 to apply for a subsidy or a payment plan.

Subsidies are available to cover a portion of the camp fee based on household income. Subsidies are available on a first come first serve basis, are limited, and cannot be guaranteed.

Referral Program Discounts

For every new camper that you refer that completes our March Break Camp, Horizon Arts Camp will give you a 10% discount off your March Break fee. You can only receive this discount once for each person you refer, but there is no limit to how many campers you can refer.

When the camper you refer completes the March Break application online, they will see the following question on the form:

"How did you hear about Horizon Arts Camp? If a specific person referred you, please put their full name here."

This is how we will know that you have referred someone and are eligible for the discount.

If this camper completes the March Break session, this discount will be issued by cheque after March Break.

If you receive financial assistance through our subsidy program, the referral discount will be 10% of your subsidized camp fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing to the camp office on or before Friday February 10, 2012. Requests received by this deadline will receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Requests for cancellation or refund received between Saturday February 11 and Sunday March 11, 2012 will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.

Refunds will not be issued once the session has started. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather or absences from camp.
