Leader-in-Training (LIT) Program

The LIT Program is a unique opportunity for youth to learn and practice effective leadership skills while still being able to select an arts major. Throughout the 7-week program LITs participate in activities that focus on developing individual and group skills, personal growth as a leader, and effective interaction as a team.

Eligibility

Youth who are 14 years of age (by December 31, 2011) are eligible to participate in the camp’s Leader-In-Training (LIT) Program.
