Fall Arts Workshop Policies

SUBSIDIES:

Subsidies for the Arts Workshops are very limited and are available on a first come first served basis. Please contact Myanna Adams, Assistant Camp Director for details: 416-558-0922 or via email myanna@horizonartscamp.org.

ENROLLMENT:

Each workshop has a pre-set minimum for enrollment. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, registrants will be given 48 hours notice and a full refund will be given.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds will not be given for missed classes due to illness, holidays or inclement weather.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to Horizon Arts Camp via email to camp@horizonartscamp.org.

  • Cancellations received more than two weeks before the indicated registration deadline, will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received within two weeks before each indicated registration deadline, will receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after the indicated registration deadline will not receive a refund.

RESCHEDULING CLASSES & INSTRUCTOR CHANGES

Horizon Arts Camp reserves the right to reschedule workshops due to severe or inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances at its discretion. Students' parents will be notified by email and all information will be posted on our website, facebook page and twitter. Should a student not be available for the scheduled make-up class, a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee will be issued.

Horizon Arts Camp reserves the right to make workshop and/or instructor changes at any time.
