REGISTRATION DETAILS:
STEP ONE: Complete the Registration Form and Payment Form in full (one per child). Forms that are not completed in full may compromise your child's application.
STEP TWO: Submit your registration and payment to Horizon Arts Camp before the indicated deadline at 5pm. Registrations received after this time may not be accepted.
STEP THREE: You will receive an email to confirm the registration for your child's Arts Workshop.
STEP FOUR: Arrive a few minutes early to your first workshop and have a great time!
SPACE IS LIMITED! REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS!
