Scholarship Program

Horizon Arts Camp is a registered charity and one of our goals is to ensure that financial constraints do not become a barrier for a family to send their child to camp. If camp fees prohibit you from applying to send your child(ren) to camp, please apply for a scholarship. Scholarship amounts vary and are dependent on the information you and your family provide in the application package. Scholarships are also not guaranteed. 

The Scholarship Application Package Includes:

1) Family Application Form & Proof of Household Income
Only one application per family is required. Click here to download and print the form. 

2) Camper Application Form
Each child in the family household who is applying for a Scholarship is required to complete this application. The form is available to complete online or in hard copy. 

3) Recommendation Form
Each child in the family household is required to submit a Recommendation Form. This should be completed by someone who knows the child and the family well, such as a teacher, social worker, community worker, etc. The form is available to complete online or in hard copy.
