Camp Fees

3 WEEK SESSION (Session 1 or 2)

Camp Fee before January 31st, 2012 = $1400.00
Camp Fee before March 31st, 2012 = $1500.00
Camp Fee after April 1st, 2012 = $1600.00

1 WEEK SESSION (Session A,B,C or D)

Camp Fee before January 31st, 2012 = $300.00
Camp Fee before March 31st, 2012 = $350.00
Camp Fee after April 1st, 2012 = $400.00

FULL SEASON (LIT PROGRAM)

Camp Fee before January 31st, 2012 = $1800.00
Camp Fee before March 31st, 2012 = $1900.00
Camp Fee after April 1st, 2012 = $2000.00

FULL SEASON (CIT PROGRAM)

Camp Fee before January 31st, 2012 = $400.00
Camp Fee before March 31st, 2012 = $450.00
Camp Fee after April 1st, 2012 = $500.00

Please Note: A non-refundable $25 application fee is required with all camp applications.

Discounts

LOYALTY DISCOUNT:
A camper who attended Horizon Arts Camp in Summer 2011, 2010 or 2009 will receive a 5% off of their camp fee.

SIBLING DISCOUNT:
Each sibling of a Summer 2012 camper will receive the following discounts off of their camp fee:

First Sibling - 5%
Second Sibling- 10%
Third Sibling - 15%
Fouth Sibling - 20%

MULTI SESSION DISCOUNT:
Campers who register for more than one session will receive a 10% discount off of additional sessions.

FAMILY REFERRAL DISCOUNT:
For every new camper that you refer to Summer Camp, Horizon Arts Camp will give you a 10% discount off your camp fee. You can only receive this discount once for each person you refer, but there is no limit to how many campers you can refer.

When the camper you refer completes the Summer Camp application form, they will see the following question on the form: "How did you hear about Horizon Arts Camp? If a specific person referred you, please put their full name here." This is how we will know that you have referred someone and are eligible for the discount.

If the camper registers and completes their session, this discount will be issued as a reimbursement after the summer. Cheques will be mailed to families in early September 2012.

Please note: All discounts apply to session fees only (Bus Transportation, Breakfast Club and After Camp Care are not included.)
